英文摘要：	Question which exists in view of the wheat milling enterprise's characteristic and the electrical energy consumption aspect, proposed the energy conservation falls the link which consumes should pay attention and take seriously; through the electric power technological transformations, enhances the power factor, to reduce the current collector energy consumption, to strengthen uses electricity energy conservation measures and so on management, raises the using electricity efficiency, reduces the electrical bill, reduces the production cost.
